Transition would like to say a huge thank you everyone who has bought cds, downloaded tracks, come to concerts and sent us encouraging messages this year. You are all fantastic and you've given us a brilliant year! There is a lot of stuff in the pipeline for next year, and of course transition.tk will be the place to find out what's going on first. We'd like to wish you all a merry Christmas, wherever you are and whatever you're doing. See you next year!
